Microfibers, or 403 glue powder, is the powder mixed into a epoxy resin/hardner mix so that items can be glued together.
the higher the amount of microfibers used, the thicker the glue.
"403 Microfibers is a fine fiber blend adhesive filler used to thicken epoxy to create a multi purpose adhesive that is especially useful for bonding wood, epoxy thickened with 403 has good gap filling qualities while retaining excellent wetting/penetrating capabilities. The mixture cures to an off-white color." - Taken from Gougeon Brothers age 26, chapter 4, West system Products

MDF is for Medium (Between High Density and Low Density ) Density Fiberboard which is a kind of artificial board with wooden fiber or other plant fiber as material.
It has been processed by Broken , Fiber separation ,Urea-formaldehyde resin,Drying and being applied some suitable adhesives and then high Temperature Pressing.
Good material of damp proof ,anti-corrosive ,hard-wearing and thermostable.
    The density is about 700-850kg/m3

A rowlock is used in the event of rowing. the rowlock is a small system much like the Pintel and Gudgeon system which allowss a fulcrum point for the oar to pivot on. the rowlock is attached to the gunwhale / topsides area of a rowing craft. the part attahced to the craft is like the gudggeon which is a cylender for a pin to fit into often refered to the Rowlock Plate.. the other part of the rowlock is the pin pintel part wich has a rownd circle about one centimeter thick runing arount it with a pin connected to the end often refered to a Rowlock Ring as it is a ring which is used for rowing commonly there are plastic protctive rings on these as it helps protect the oar whin rowing so the rowlock ring does not dig in too deep into the oar. these useually slide off easily or most people seam to put a plastic Oar Sleeve on the oar at the desired lenght you wish the oars to be when rowing, hese are slipped on the oar and since they have a cut right the way down them, they will expand to the width of the oar, then simply nail or screw then in. there are numurus common materials for these which are stainless steel plus galvanised steel there are also crome plated ones on the market for good looks with bronse as a known material as well and there have also been dodgey ones made from steel which rusts. the rollock use to be two pieses of dowl which came up were the rollock would be and be about 100mm apart. then the more common rollock was deigned with instead of a cicle around the oar it was a 'U' shape created from wood and now it has been developed into what it is today.these can be purchased from mostly any chandlery and are depending if you shop around or not, they can be quite cheap (wharehouse, local chandlery) or quite expensive (Fosters, Burnsco). the rowlock system is really an essenchal for rowing a small craft. inflatebale boats use an extraemly similar concept which involves a rowlock ring ( mande from plastic) that pins into a sort of block with a hole in it.
